I recently toured Loveland, CO's Forge Campus and was struck by the number of leading companies in their fields that are calling Loveland, CO home. The Forge Campus was originally HP headquarters. It has been renovated to host smaller companies, many start-ups, with a unique collaborative approach. The campus includes Grimm Brothers brewery, a coffee shop and restaurant. The set up allows for and encourages collaboration between the various tenants, which has resulted in successful partnerships. Aerospace, contract manufacturing, 3-d printing, automation and robotics, commercial construction, digital marketing services and much more. Take a look at what this amazing campus has to offer and you'll begin to understand why northern CO continues to grow. WIth such vibrant downtown areas, strong employment and an incredible foundation for continued growth, it's no wonder that more people are choosing the front range to call home. If you are considering a move to this area please reach out. I'd love to help. (970) 670-0246.
